We’re currently donating 50% of sales to fire victims.

Just a few weeks ago, Dael was simply a concept in my mind — an idea I figured I’d roll out slowly. Then the fires started.

I made the decision to launch quickly in order to join the relief efforts and donate my initial profits. In my heart of hearts I want this business to be founded on the core values of doing good, giving back & caring for the earth.

50% of all sales will go to these campaigns through the month of February:

  • Help Judge Reed Get Back On His Feet

Judge Reed lived in a modest home on N. Fair Oaks Avenue in Altadena for more than 50 years. It was completely destroyed in the fire. I was heartbroken hearing Judge mourn his home on @makebigtalk. He has endured much suffering in his life and I want to help him begin to recover.

  • Help Nicole After Eaton Fire

Nicole lost her home in the Eaton fire. I heard her story on @makebigtalk and it was heart-wrenching to hear her talk about her unstable childhood and lack of a place that felt like home, until the one she lost. She was in South America with her father at the time of the fire, so she was unable to take any of her belongings, and sadly didn’t have renter’s insurance.
